Adjuster Mobile 3.11

Great American Crop Insurance Claims Personnel now have the ability to work more efficiently while in the field and on the go using the Adjuster Mobile App. With this app, our claims personnel can readily access policy and claim information, facilitating seamless communication of detailed loss adjustment data to both our customers and office staff.

The features of the Adjuster App include:

• Contact Log updates
• Access to policy and contact information for Producers, SBI’s, Authorized Reps, and Agencies, enabling claim personnel to easily initiate calls, emails, or obtain driving directions
• The functionality to take photos, add photo notes, and upload images directly to a claim
• Viewing of Farm Maps
• Conducting field data collection both online and offline
